Account/Design Specialist – Customer Service

Summary: Account/Design Specialist – Customer Service

Our Customer Service team assists our customers and supports our sales reps in all areas: product knowledge, developing furniture quotes, assisting with orders, order entry, and coordinating large projects.

Qualifications Needed:

Strong work history, with minimum 5 years of skilled office work experience
Knowledge of Auto-Cad to produce CAD layouts, create floor plans and 3D renderings as requested
Serves as a design resource for customers and other team members
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Prepare and update quotes to make necessary provisions as needed to ensure project is accurate and complete
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and knowledge of other computer data base programs to ensure accurate data entry
Self starter with proven problem solving abilities
Requires well developed communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a team environment
Exceptional customer service skills to go above and beyond to assist others

Previous experience in Interior Design a plus.
