Integra Seating is a family-owned and operated furniture manufacturer that has been in business for over 40 years. We design and make high-performance lounge seating and tables used in hospitals, doctor’s offices, schools, libraries, colleges, workplaces, and many other places.

Each week brings forth new and unique orders. Our factory positions are distinctive as they require skill and attention to detail.

Integra is looking to train the right candidates for the following open positions:

PRODUCTION POSITIONS:

These are full-time day shift positions located in Walworth, WI

Assembly

This position will work day shift Monday – Thursday 6 am – 4:30 pm plus overtime as needed.  (Usually 6 am – 2 pm on Fridays.)

Tasks – using hand tools, clamps and adhesives to assemble our different furniture components.  May use air tools, nail guns, sanders, drills, staple guns, hammers, adhesives, cutting tools in a manufacturing environment.

Entry level to more complex assembly positions are currently available.

Industrial Sewing -

This position will work day shift Monday – Thursday 6 am – 4:30 pm plus overtime as needed.  (Usually 6 am – 2 pm on Fridays.)

Responsible for sewing all components needed for Upholstery with sewing machine, serger machine, and double needle machine.  Must demonstrate a keen eye for detail to find possible flaws in fabric and correct in order to produce consistent, high quality upholstery covers.

Paid Time Off – 40 hours at 9 months of hire and 80 hours on your 2nd anniversary.  Earn progression up to 120 hours at scheduled intervals starting at 6th anniversary.

Production Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm

Overtime may be mandatory or voluntary at times, based on customer orders.  Usually scheduled 6 am - 2 pm on Fridays when needed.

 

CNC Schedule:

Mon thru Thur 5:00am – 6:30pm

Scheduled 3 days, paid for 40 hours

Overtime may be mandatory or voluntary at times,

based on customer orders.

Office Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
